What is Drop Shipping?
We ship individual orders directly to your customer from our warehouse. Once you receive an order, submit the order on our website and we will process and ship your order with tracking within one business day. VWX offers blind drop shipping at no additional charge with or minimum order requirements.
L.O.F. – Shipping Fee
The only fee that is applied to any order is a small Low Order Fee of $0.30 placed on all orders that subtotal under $20.00. This fee is set in place to cover the cost of the labor and packing that goes with smaller orders. This fee will be applied to the invoice for any order you place that qualifies for this fee.
Shipping Rates:
We ship all orders at the actual shipping cost the rate table below is an estimate of what you can expect to pay for Domestic USPS shipments
Orders up to 0.5 lb … $3.50
Orders between 0.5 – 0.99 lb … $4.99
Orders between 1 – 2.9 lbs … $8.50
Orders between 3 – 4.9 lbs … $9.99
Orders between 5 – 9.9 lbs … $15.50
Orders over 10 lbs … $19.99
Bulk Order Discounts:
Viking Wholesale X offers FREE Shipping and a 15% discount on all orders placed that exceed the amount of $500.00 (subtotal). To qualify for the Bulk Order Discount the order must be sent to your domestic location or domestic forwarding company. Discount will be deducted from your invoice from VWX once the order is processed.
Returns:
Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Provided the item(s) have been deemed defective, they may be sent back to us. However, we do not take back items simply because they did not sell, nor do we offer consignment, as we do not re-sell products.
Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- vibrators and dildos
- douche and enema kits
- anal toys, beads and plugs
- cock and ball devices
- cock rings and sleeves
- gags and ropes
- lingerie and men’s wear
Lubes, massage oils, condoms, body paints and body jewelry are never returnable.
VWX has a strict 30-day return policy for defective items. If within 30 days, your customer receives a defective item(s) simply submit an RMA request via email and we will promptly instruct you on how to move forward.
International Shipments:
For ALL packages shipping outside the United States: Viking Wholesale X will ship each international order to the
shipping address provided. Once the package has left our location and is in route to your customer, Viking Wholesale X is not responsible for any customs issues, non-deliverable or lost packages. Please contact USPS International Customer Support for help with any of these problems.

Product Images and Descriptions:
You are authorized to use the images and the descriptions featured on VikingWholesaleX.com to help promote the products you purchase from us for resell on your own website. We do not recommend linking directly to our website image URL’s, it is better to host the images on your own server. When we do maintenance on our site our images may be changed or deleted; if you have linked directly to them, they may appear broken on your site.
Item Pricing:
The sale price shown to you is your cost. MSRP is shown on each product description and is also listed on the product CSV. Based on the current market, retail is generally 100% or more than your cost.
